Shipping policy
This page explains how we ship orders from the BIPAR Online Store (shop.bipar.jp) and how shipping fees, import duties and taxes work.
Where we ship
We ship from Aichi, Japan to addresses in Japan and to about 200 countries and regions worldwide.
We currently do not ship to: the United Kingdom, Puerto Rico and other US territories (including Guam and the US Virgin Islands), Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Israel, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Myanmar, Western Sahara, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Svalbard, and Wallis and Futuna.
Dispatch
- Orders placed by 3:00 pm (Japan time) on a business day ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm or on a non-business day ship the next business day.
- Non-business days: the 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, the New Year holidays, Golden Week and the summer break.
- Our stock is shared with other sales channels, so an item may sell out just after you order it. If this happens, we will email you and issue a full refund.
- Cash on delivery is not available.
International shipping methods
At checkout you can choose from the methods available for your country and your items.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer because of customs or local conditions. EMS is not available to every country. Air Packet is for items in shipping classes 0–3 and surface mail is for classes 4–6.
International shipping fees
Each item has a shipping class (0–6) based on its packed size, shown on the product page. The fee depends on the shipping class, the destination and the method, and is shown at checkout before you pay. If you order items from different shipping classes, a fee is charged for each class.

Import duties and taxes
United States
We ship to the 50 states and Washington, D.C. by DHL Express only, with import duties paid in advance (DDP). The duty is included in the shipping fee shown at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Orders over US$2,500 cannot be shipped to the United States.
European Union and Monaco
- Orders up to about €150: shipped by DHL Express only, with VAT and import duty included in the shipping fee (DDP). There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
- Orders over about €150: you can choose DHL, EMS or Economy. VAT, import duty and any carrier handling fees are charged by the carrier or customs on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
All other countries
Import duties, taxes and customs fees, if any, are charged on delivery and are paid by the recipient. They are not included in the item price or the shipping fee. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Shipping within Japan
Orders to addresses in Japan are delivered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
- Free shipping when your items total ¥3,980 or more (tax included).
- Items in shipping classes 3 to 6 always ship free within Japan.
- Otherwise, fees for classes 0 to 2 are as follows (tax included):

You can choose a preferred delivery date (from 2 to 14 days after your order) and time window on the cart page.
Store pickup (Japan)
Choose "Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from one of our warehouses in Aichi at no shipping charge. Items are stored in different warehouses, so we will email you which warehouse to visit once your order is ready.
